Q: How long will my order take?
We aim to have your order ready for collection within 2 weeks of receiving your clothes. Please note that during the busy Christmas period the waiting time for orders may be longer.
Q: Does Penny & Rose make clothes for the bears to wear?
Penny and Rose do not make clothes for your bears to wear. However we can make ties and other embellishments for your bear, for a small additional fee. Check these out on the price list or the additional items page.
Q: How do I order a bear?
To order a bear simply message Michele on Facebook or Instagram. Alternatively you can call Michele on 07540809390 or use the enquiry form on the website.
Q: Can I post clothes to Penny & Rose?
Yes, Penny & Rose accepts clothes through the post and can also return products via post. This means you can order from virtually anywhere in the world! Contact Michele about posting during your consultation over call/text and she will provide you with the relevant information.
Q:What type of clothing is suitable?
Different types of clothing are suitable for each product/size of bear. We work with shirts, t-shirts, jumpers, fleece, dressing gowns, baby grows etc. Please note the only unsuitable fabrics include: fur, sheepskin, leather and sheer fabrics.
